- We offer a return policy that spans for a duration of 7 days from the date of product delivery, enabling our customers to make direct returns if necessary.

- For a product to be eligible for return, it must be in pristine condition. This means that the product should have no visible scratches, paint blemishes, or any other damages that may have occurred during the unpacking or handling process.

- Customers are expected to ensure that any accumulated dust and dirt on the product's tires or base platforms are cleaned prior to initiating a return.

- It is important to note that if a returned product exhibits any physical damages or usage marks, the refund amount will be subject to relevant deductions based on the extent of the damage or wear and tear.

- Refunds will be processed within 45 to 60 working days after the returned product is accepted at our facility.

- We do not entertain the misuse of this return policy. If misuse is suspected, we reserve the right to deny refunds and returns.
